KING PRECISION SOLUTIONS LLC is seeking a skilled Quality Inspector to join our team. You will inspect finished products, in-process components, and first-article parts, reading blueprints and specifications to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards.

Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, indicators, and thread gauges is required; experience with CMM or OGP systems is a plus. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work with minimal

Competenze

• Prior experience as a Quality Inspector in a machine shop or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical gauges and measurement tools.
• Familiarity with CMM or OGP systems is a plus.

Mansioni

• Perform inspections on finished products, in-process components, and First piece acceptance.
• Read and interpret machine drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Utilize mechanical gauges such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, and thread gauges.
• Conduct inspections using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) or Optical Gaging Products (OGP) if experienced.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and test results.
• Work with minimal supervision, following directions and meeting production deadlines.
• Demonstrate excellent attendance and reliability.
