Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills for documenting inspections.

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods against quality standards.
• Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Review blueprints and specifications to ensure requirements are met.
• Document inspection results and deviations; coordinate with production to resolve issues.
• Perform first article inspections and provide feedback to teams.
• Identify non-conforming materials and report for corrective action.
• Support continuous improvement to reduce defects and enhance quality.
• Collaborate with production to ensure adherence to quality procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and corrective actions.
