Job summary

Ichor Systems, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking an inspector to perform in-process and final inspections on precision machined parts. You will read drawings, apply GD&T, and use IMTE, CMM, and vision systems to verify critical features.

You will document results, ensure traceability, and support audits and continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T understanding.
• Experience with precision measurement and CMM software.
• Experience with vision inspection systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process, first article, and final inspections on machined components.
• Interpret drawings and GD&T requirements to verify features.
• Use IMTE and CMM/vision systems for precise measurements.
• Run or support PC-DMIS CMM inspections and verify results.
• Document inspection results and ensure traceability and compliance.
