Job summary

Martin Sprocket & Gear Inc. is seeking a Quality Inspector to join the team on 1st shift. The role focuses on inspecting, testing, and measuring components to ensure they meet prints and specifications.

You will document data, report findings, and collaborate with manufacturing personnel to resolve issues while adhering to safety protocols. Candidate should have a High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years of manufacturing/print reading experience, with proficiency in precision measurement tools

Qualifications

• Experience using precision measurement tools and reading part prints.
• Basic math and measurement interpretation skills required.
• Manufacturing environment exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, and measure work pieces for conformance to prints.
• Document test data and report results accurately.
• Collaborate with shop staff to communicate inspection results and solve issues.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE in sensitive areas.
