Job summary

Martinic Engineering Inc is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform first article, in-process, and final inspections on Tolleson, AZ products. You will read blueprints, measure components, and ensure conformance to requirements before release.

You will help maintain records, report issues, and coordinate with other departments to resolve discrepancies. The role requires attention to detail, familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools, and the ability to communicate findings

Qualifications

• Ability to read/understand manufacturing blueprints.
• Ability to interpret specifications and dimensions.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators).
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate inspection records.
• Familiarity with First Article Inspection procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs first article, in-process and final inspections.
• Ensures acceptable product moves to next operation or ships.
• Maintains inspection records and reports findings to Quality Manager.
• Prepares FAIR/DIP and related inspection documentation.
• Identifies and communicates non-conformances and supports corrective actions.
