The role supports the production team by identifying defects, verifying BOM accuracy, and participating in process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience with electronic assembly.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots errors in cable builds and tests assemblies under specified conditions.
• Verifies assemblies are built to specifications and that BOMs are followed.
• Performs first article inspections and prepares non-conformance reports as needed.
• Maintains a clean, safe work environment and communicates issues to relevant teams.
• Collaborates with internal teams to address quality issues and ensure resolutions.
