Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical school preferred.
• Two plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and quality documentation.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems for data entry and records.

Responsibilities

• Inspects incoming materials per drawings, specifications, and PO notes.
• Takes measurements using calipers, micrometers, rulers, multimeters, etc. to determine product conformity.
• Performs in-process and final inspections, as needed.
• Enters and maintains records of inspection results.
• Identifies and segregates nonconforming material; writes red-tags and initiates nonconforming reports.
