Teledyne Micropac is seeking a QC Inspector to perform inspections, tests, and sampling for product manufacturing to ensure company standards are met. The role requires in-process and final assembly inspections using approved methods and documentation of results.

You will oversee acceptance decisions, support audits, and maintain quality records while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and continuous improvement in a clean-room environment.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years manufacturing inspection experience on electronic in-line and final assemblies.
• High school diploma or equivalent; able to work in a team and learn new operations.
• Basic to advanced computer knowledge.
• Ability to determine acceptance or rejection criteria and perform bond pulls and soldering checks.
• Audits: acceptance to ship and audit assembly processes.
• Experience in a clean room environment.
• Commitment to quality, safety and housekeeping.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Flexible/adaptable

Responsabilidades

• Perform in-process inspection of assemblies for conformance to QA standards.
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records.
• Identify, document, and report nonconforming material.
• Verify product identification, traceability, and configuration requirements.
• Support internal and supplier audits, and corrective actions.
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to methods and specs.
• Communicate quality issues promptly to appropriate personnel.
• Participate in cross-training across inspection areas and product families.
