Job summary

Executive Alliance in the United States is seeking an Inspector to inspect electronic and electro-mechanical subassemblies and finished products using precision measuring equipment and dedicated test sets. The role follows and executes final Acceptance Test Procedures to help detect and resolve product and test equipment issues.

Qualified candidates will read engineering drawings, GD&T, and Mil-Specs, perform first-article inspections, and document results in quality databases.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experience with Mil-Specs and AS9102 first-article inspection.
• Proficiency with precision hand tools: micrometers, calipers, height gauges.
• Familiarity with automated measuring tools such as CMM or vision systems.
• English language proficiency to follow instructions.
• ITAR compliance eligibility (US citizens or permanent residents).

Responsibilities

• Incoming inspection to verify raw materials and components against specs.
• Ensure parts comply with engineering prints, Mil-Specs, AS9100/AS9102.
• Record inspection results and maintain quality logs.
• Care for precision measuring tools and report calibration needs.
