Job summary

Paycom is seeking a quality-focused professional to perform Final Release, Incoming, and WIP inspections in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will troubleshoot equipment, maintain calibration records, and serve as a resource for quality questions while complying with applicable standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in manufacturing or quality control, an Associate degree or equivalent experience, and strong communication skills to work collaboratively under pressure.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Manufacturing or Quality Control experience in a fast-paced environment.
• An Associate Degree or equivalent combination of experience and skills.
• Strong project management and measurement skills; knowledge of ESD safeguards.

Responsibilities

• Perform Final Release, Incoming, and WIP inspections.
• Troubleshoot and repair testing equipment as needed.
• Maintain calibration history files and internal calibration procedures.
