Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements. You will perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections, document results, and support nonconformance resolution in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year in manufacturing/quality inspection, be detail-oriented, and proficient with calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or quality inspection environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Experience using inspection and measurement equipment.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of products and materials.
• Verify compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Use measuring and inspection equipment, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
• Identify, segregate, and report nonconforming material.
• Support containment, sorting, rework, and disposition activities as needed.
• Review manufacturing paperwork for completeness, accuracy, and traceability.
• Communicate quality concerns to production, engineering, and management teams.
• Participate in root cause investigations and corrective action activities.
• Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
