Job summary

Paycom is seeking a QA Inspector to ensure incoming, in-process and outgoing materials meet specifications. You will perform inspections, generate DHRs, product certificates, and maintain accurate records for shipments. The role emphasizes precision and timely reporting.

You will follow GMP, use gauges and inspection tools, and collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing and Warehouse teams to keep documentation correct and on schedule, with a strong focus on quality control and process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Quality Control.
• Familiarity with inspection tools and gauges.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving inspection and test of raw materials and components.
• Inspect in-process and finished products; generate product certificates.
• Maintain records (DHR) and assist warehouse to ship on schedule.
• Follow GMP and quality procedures.
