Responsibilities

• Study blueprints to determine machining, tolerances and operation sequence.
• Select speeds, feeds, and cutting tools based on material properties and charts.
• Install loaders, collets, and bushings; mount tools in spindles and verify positions.
• Operate cycles, adjust tool positions, and ensure efficient production.
• Certify first run and sample pieces meet specifications with instruments.
