Job summary

Rampf Group Inc. is seeking Part Production Operators to set up, operate, load, and maintain machinery to ensure high quality output. You will follow prints, produce the required quantity within tolerances, and measure parts with precision tools to maintain quality and traceability.

The role involves inventory control, equipment inspection, simple maintenance, and adherence to 5S standards in a warehouse environment. Lifting up to 30 lbs and standing for long periods may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Strong analytic problem solving skills and basic math abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret customer drawings.
• Fork truck operations knowledge and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Inventory control of parts and material.
• Operates production machinery per prints and specifications.
• Produces the required quantity within specs and tolerances.
• Measures finished parts with precision tools for quality.
• Maintains production logs including rejects and discards.
• Inspects equipment prior to use and performs basic maintenance.
• Follows 5S housekeeping standards.
