Job summary

ELGi Compressors USA is seeking a Production Technician to join our manufacturing team in Charlotte, NC. You will be responsible for assembling and testing ELGi’s compressed air systems, ensuring safety, quality, and precision in every step of production.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of production or mechanical/electrical experience, can read blueprints and schematics, and can prioritize tasks with strong time-management skills while maintaining keen attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years' production, assembly, mechanical, and/or electrical experience.
• Ability to prioritize tasks with strong time management and keen attention to detail.
• Read, interpret, and follow blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities
