Responsibilities

• Assembly of complex and/or custom compressor packages using hand tools.
• Installation of electrical and mechanical systems inside custom-engineered container packages.
• Follow project drawings to assemble the complete package to meet specifications.
• Resolve electrical and mechanical issues on the production floor.
• Mechanical troubleshooting related to reciprocating compressors.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety requirements.

Job description

A rapidly growing market leader is seeking a top performer for their Production Mechanic position. This position reports to the Production and Compliance Operations Manager. Responsibilities

• Assembly of complex and/or custom compressor packages using hand tools, gantry crane and pallet jack
• Installation of electrical and mechanical systems inside custom-engineered container packages containing compressors
• Follow project drawings (blueprints and schematics) to assemble the complete package to meet customer specifications
• Interface with the production engineer and other internal customers to resolve electrical and mechanical issues on the production floor
• Mechanical troubleshooting – Diagnosis of issues related to reciprocating compressors
• Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to all safety and quality requirements
• Other duties as assigned
