Job summary

Frontier Co-op is seeking a Production Associate to perform tasks in the production and distribution areas, operating equipment on lines and assisting with packaging, labeling, and cleaning. You will work to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency, communicating clearly with team members and supervisors.

The role emphasizes adherence to SOPs, participating in training, and contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; basic math skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend moderately detailed instructions, short correspondence, or memos; including operating procedures or safety rules.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively in one-on-one and small group situations with a limited group of people.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks in production and distribution areas and operate equipment on lines at least 50% of hours worked.
• Make equipment adjustments to ensure a quality finished product.
• Train others in general manufacturing and follow SOPs for safety and quality.
• Inspect materials for defects and report issues to supervisor.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble machinery and document results.
