Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year related experience or training.
• Basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, fractions, percentages.
• Written and oral English communication.
• Certified to operate stand-up/sit-down forklift and scissor lift.
• Knowledge of SQF, GMPs, HACCP, AIB/ASI standards.
• Biochemical process or food manufacturing experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety and operating procedures, and operate machinery.
• Check critical control points on equipment and report findings.
• Record information on production/quality documentation.
• Report mechanical malfunctions to management.
• Ensure finished product labeling with accurate lot code.
• Operate forklifts safely.
• Perform sanitation and keep work area clean per standards.
• Complete required forms and documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement culture.
