Job summary

Frontier Co-op is seeking a production operator to perform essential tasks in boxing, filling, labeling, and cleaning to keep lines running efficiently. You will follow SOPs, operate equipment, and communicate with the QA team to uphold product quality and food safety standards.

The role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in various production areas. Training on safety practices and equipment will be provided to ensure compliance and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and SOPs.

• Ability to operate and adjust production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production lines and assist in boxing, filling, labeling, and cleaning.
• Make equipment adjustments to maintain product quality.
• Lead changeovers and assist with training teammates.
• Record data and monitor quality and safety procedures.
• Communicate with QA and other departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with safety rules.
