Job summary

Cretex Medical is seeking a Production Operator Assembler to perform basic to complex machine operations, assembly, inspection, and secondary processes in a fast-paced medical device environment.

The shift is Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm, with emphasis on quality, safety, and ISO/cGMP compliance. Training and 5S housekeeping are part of the role, and opportunities for cross-training and continuous improvement are available.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of manufacturing experience; higher level roles will require more years of experience.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions in English.
• Perform basic math, hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and measurement equipment.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and/or dimensional inspection using microscopes, gauges, calipers, or other measurement tools.
• Complete required documentation such as production records, quality checks, setup sheets, and history records.
• Read, understand, and follow work instructions, standard work, and applicable quality/ISO/cGMP requirements.
• Assemble and package components and medical devices with increased complexity per specifications.
• Set up and operate production equipment, including loading programs and adjusting parameters.
