Job summary

Cretex Medical’s rms Company is seeking a Production Operator Assembler for entry-level machine operation, inspection, assembly, and packaging across multiple production areas. Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, with 1st shift duties and responsibilities aligned to customer specs and quality standards.

The role emphasizes reading/writing English, attention to detail, and teamwork within a fast-paced environment. Training, OSHA-compliant safety, and a full benefits package accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, or cleanroom experience.
• Familiarity with FDA, ISO, cGMP, Lean manufacturing, or workplace safety practices.
• Experience working with microscopes or inspection tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and/or dimensional inspection using microscopes, gauges, calipers, or other measurement tools.
• Operate production equipment or machines per work instructions, ensuring correct materials, tooling, programs, and processes are used.
• Monitor production processes, part quality, and machine performance and elevate as needed.
• Perform basic preventive or operator-level machine checks (e.g., cleanliness, safe operation).
• Inspect and verify part conformance after secondary operations.
