RealTruck in Montgomery, AL is hiring a Production Assembler to support the assembly of products following established work instructions, ensuring quality and lean efficiency. You will contribute to meeting production goals while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and accurate documentation.

The role requires reading and interpreting manuals, basic math, and attention to detail. Expect to work Monday-Thursday, 6:30am-5:15pm, with opportunities for training and growth within a leading vehicle

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, work instructions and manuals.
• Proficient in basic math and measurement reading.
• GED or high school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions to assemble products and parts.
• Achieve production goals and deadlines for assigned areas.
• Operate equipment safely with required PPE (shoes, gloves, ear/eye protection).
• Complete required paperwork and data entry.
• Work at different workstations as production needs require.
• Maintain punctual attendance and dependability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
