Job summary

RealTruck Inc. in Ormond Beach, FL is hiring a Production Assembler for two 1st shifts. You will assemble products per work instructions, hit production goals, and maintain a clean, safe workspace using Lean tools. Various stations may be used as needed, with emphasis on reliability and quality.

The role requires basic reading of instructions, math, and the ability to read tape measurements. GED or HS diploma preferred, with 1–3 months of related experience recommended.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 months of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and work instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and basic math.
• Ability to read tape measurements accurately.

Responsibilities

• Follow established work instructions to properly assemble products and/or different parts of products.
• Achieve established goals or deadlines set for specific work areas.
• Operate required equipment per safety guidelines.
• Complete all required paperwork and/or data entry.
• May work at different workstations as production needs require.
• Attendance and dependability are essential job functions; report to work on time and follow attendance guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
