Job summary

RealTruck Inc. is hiring a Production Assembler for the 2nd shift (2pm-10:30PM) on a temp-to-perm basis at our Ormond Beach facility. You will follow work instructions to assemble products, meet production goals, and comply with safety and quality standards.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and may involve 1–3 months of related experience. You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with lean tools and strict attendance expectations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 months of related experience and/or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow established work instructions to assemble products or parts.
• Achieve goals or deadlines for specific work areas.
• Operate required equipment per safety guidelines.
• Complete required paperwork and/or data entry.
• May work at different workstations as production needs require.
• Attendance and dependability are essential; report to work on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
