Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Production Assembler in Ormond Beach, FL to contribute to the manufacturing of high-quality products. You will follow work instructions, meet production goals, maintain a clean, safe workplace and apply lean tools to improve efficiency.

The role requires reading, basic math, and tape measure skills, with a GED/HS diploma preferred and 1–3 months of related experience. Training provided; on-site, full-time with two shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 months of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, work instructions, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to read and interpret tape measurements accurately.

Responsibilities

• Follow established work instructions to properly assemble products and/or different parts of products.
• Achieve established goals or deadlines set for specific work areas.
• Operate required equipment per safety guidelines
• Complete all required paperwork and/or data entry.
• May work at different workstations as production needs require.
• Attendance and dependability are essential job functions. Required to report to work on time and follow attendance guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
