RealTruck, Inc. in Florida is hiring a Production Assembler for two first shifts: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
The role involves assembling products per work instructions, maintaining safety and quality, and meeting production goals in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED preferred, ability to read instructions and tape measures, perform basic math, and complete required paperwork.

Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM
The Production Assembler plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process, contributing to the manufacture of high-quality products. Responsible for executing assembly tasks according to the work instructions, this role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to quality standards. The Production Assembler must achieve set production goals, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and leverage Lean manufacturing tools to enhance efficiency.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
1-3 months of related experience and/or training preferred.

Individual Contributor: working team member with no oversight of others and no management responsibilities.
This position is subject to Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
This position is subject to the following physical activities: reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
The worker is required to have visual acuity to perform an activity such as operating machines such as lathes, drill presses, power saws and mills where the seeing job is at or within arm's reach, performing mechanical or skilled trades’ tasks of a non-repetitive nature such as carpenters, technicians, service people, plumbers, painters, mechanics, etc.
The worker is subject to inside and outside environmental conditions, including heat, noise, vibration, and hazards from a production-based environment
