Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Production Assembler in Lincoln, RI to contribute to the manufacture of high-quality truck accessory products. You will follow work instructions, assemble parts, and help meet daily production goals in a clean, safe environment.

This role requires attention to detail, basic math, and the ability to read tape measures and safety manuals. On-site schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., with opportunities to grow within a lean manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 months of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow established work instructions to properly assemble products and/or different parts of products.
• Achieve established goals or deadlines set for specific work areas.
• Complete all required paperwork and/or data entry.
• May work at different workstations as production needs require.
• Attendance and dependability are essential job functions. Required to report to work on time and follow attendance guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
