Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Production Assembler to contribute to the manufacture of high-quality products in a fast-paced setting. You will follow work instructions, aim for production goals, and maintain a safe, clean environment while leveraging Lean tools to improve efficiency.

The role supports 1st and 2nd shifts: 5:30am-4:00pm or 3:45pm-2:15am, Monday-Thursday (plus some Fridays). Applicants should be reliable and ready to work across multiple stations as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, work instructions, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to read and interpret tape measurements accurately.

Responsibilities

• Follow established work instructions to properly assemble products and/or different parts of products.
• Achieve established goals or deadlines set for specific work areas.
• Complete all required paperwork and/or data entry.
• May work at different workstations as production needs require.
• Attendance and dependability are essential job functions. Required to report to work on time and follow attendance guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
