Job summary

Opella is seeking a Processing Technician to join our manufacturing team in the Sanofi Consumer Healthcare line. You will help manufacture bulk blends, set up, operate, and clean equipment while upholding cGMPs and SOPs.

On the 3rd shift (Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 pm–6:30 am) you’ll work with mills, grinders, conveyors, and tablet presses, maintain records, and contribute to safety and quality. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, apply today.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing, including operating high-speed packaging or assembly equipment, start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
• Proficient in operating packaging machinery and tools, including electric and manual lift trucks, tape machines, and equipment like fillers, cappers, labelers, and bundlers.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production lines safely and efficiently.
• Learn to operate mills, grinders, conveyors, mixers, and tableting presses to create tablets, ointments, creams, liquids, and powders.
• Monitor the manufacturing process and implement control factors to keep production within acceptable limits.
• Maintain detailed production records, follow procedures, and complete production orders efficiently.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Ensure a safe work environment and comply with FDA and cGMP requirements.
