Job summary

Standard Process Inc. is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator for the Main Process on 3rd shift (9:00 pm–7:30 am). You will set up, operate, and clean raw material processing equipment, performing quality checks and recording readings while ensuring GMP and SOP compliance.

The role requires light manufacturing experience and a basic mechanical aptitude. A forklift certification is preferred, and excellent reliability is expected in fast-paced food processing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0-1 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a food processing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of GMPs and SOPs is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Operate all main processing and extraction equipment per Master Manufacturing Records (MMR).
• Monitor quality through QC checks and document instrument readings.
• Record readings, gauge checks and other required data.
• Perform machine changeovers and sanitations; maintain a clean work area.
• Troubleshoot issues; communicate with supervisor/lead.
• Verifying equipment calibration as required.
• Follow safety and quality standards in all tasks.
