Job summary

Boise Co-op is seeking a Scan Coordinator to ensure pricing and signage are accurate and consistent with Co-op standards. You will print, prepare, and post weekly price changes, and audit codes and item data for accuracy.

You’ll work with Category, Data, and Marketing teams to align promotions, displays, and POS pricing while maintaining cohesive branding across the store. Some early mornings, evenings, or weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized, with a talent for spotting inconsistencies.
• Strong communicator who enjoys coordinating across departments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and digital signage systems.
• Accurate and efficient with data entry, pricing, and math.
• Retail experience preferred, signage systems or Catapult POS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store signage and pricing are accurate, consistent with Co-op standards.
• Print, prepare, and post signage for weekly price changes and promotions.
• Audit scan codes, UPCs, and item data for accuracy across systems.
• Collaborate with Category, Data, and Marketing teams to align promotions and pricing.
• Maintain clear communication with departments to correct errors and uphold branding.
