Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Back Up Scan Coordinator to maintain price integrity through daily price changes, signage updates, and promotional accuracy in our Mesa store. This role requires attention to detail, strong numeracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will verify weekly ad prices, ensure signage accuracy, and support pricing across departments, with flexible hours and a friendly customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 months related experience or training.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage scanning programs and reports.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly attitude with the ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Able to read and create price signs; comfortable with ladders and basic pricing tech.
• Able to lift up to 17 lbs and walk up to several miles per shift.
• Able to crouch/kneel/squat to access low-level areas for extended periods.
