Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Back Up Scan Coordinator to help maintain price integrity across the store with accuracy and speed. You will perform daily, weekly, and monthly price changes, adjust shelf signs and promotional signage, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

The role requires strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with customers and team members in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze pricing programs and maintain reports and schedules, using billing and accounting principles.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with the ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Ability to read price tags, create signs, post price tags and signs; good vision; able to use a ladder and operate a computer for pricing updates.
• Physical ability to lift up to 17 lbs, move boxes, walk several miles, and perform crouching/kneeling tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain price integrity with daily, weekly, and monthly price changes and signage.
• Verify weekly ad price changes, promotional pricing accuracy, and signage across departments.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance with company and government regulations.
