Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Scan Coordinator to manage daily pricing changes, update shelf signs and promotional signage, and verify weekly ad price accuracy across all departments.

You will ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards, support pricing integrity in a fast-paced store, and collaborate with store teams and vendors. Strong math, Excel, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 months related experience/training.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze scanning programs and maintain reports.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with the ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly price changes, including changing shelf signs, tags, and promotional signs.
• Verifying weekly ad price changes, promotional price accuracy, and pricing signage across all departments.
• Ensure compliance with all company and governmental regulations.
• Support pricing integrity in the store and work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
