Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Press Operator or similar in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving for setup and troubleshooting.
• Experience with various press types (hydraulic, mechanical, punch) and material handling.
• Ability to perform quality checks using precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing press machines to produce parts according to specifications.
• Perform setup and changeover procedures on presses, including tooling adjustments and material loading.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and make necessary adjustments to ensure product meets quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine malfunctions and production issues.
• Complete all required production paperwork, including work orders and quality logs.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
