The Pivot Group Network in Cadillac, MI is seeking a skilled Press Operator / Setup to join our manufacturing partner's team. You will operate, monitor, and adjust presses, perform changeovers, and ensure production runs meet quality standards and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust presses according to production schedules and quality standards.
• Perform complex setups and changeovers, including tooling changes and program adjustments.
• Conduct in-process quality checks using precision measuring tools and adjust to maintain specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical or operational issues to ensure continuous production flow.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production specifications for press settings and tooling.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on presses and document activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout, and keep the work area clean and organized.
