Job summary

The Pivot Group Network in Battle Creek, MI is seeking a Press Operator / Setup to join our manufacturing-focused network. You will set up machinery, operate presses, monitor quality, and maintain equipment to meet production specs.

Candidates should have 3+ years operating and setting up printing presses (flexo, offset, digital), read job orders/blueprints, perform maintenance, and ensure color accuracy and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience operating and setting up various printing presses (e.g., flexographic, digital, offset).
• Proven ability to read and interpret job orders, blueprints, and technical specifications accurately.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting press issues.
• Demonstrated knowledge of different substrates, inks, and their interactions in the printing process.
• Ability to perform quality checks, make adjustments, and ensure products meet specified standards.
• Experience with color matching and density control systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machinery according to production specifications.
• Operate manufacturing presses, monitoring for quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
