Job summary

Prestige Stamping LLC in Warren, MI is hiring a Press Operator to join our high‑volume shop that produces tight‑tolerance washers and other metal stampings for automotive, construction and industrial markets.

We offer Day (7:00 am–3:00 pm) and Midnight (11:00 pm–7:00 am) shifts, competitive pay, paid holidays, vacation pay, a 401(k) match and comprehensive health and disability coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality required.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work on elevated press platforms.

Responsibilities

• Operate press machinery to produce quality parts according to production requirements.
• Inspect machinery and report safety, operational or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor part quality and coordinate with Quality Control to address issues.
• Load coils, monitor cradle operation, and ensure correct steel size and grade.
• Safe handling of coils, die sections, and tools per procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and complete production records.
