Job summary

IPEX is seeking a qualified candidate for an entry-level manufacturing role on 1st shift in our Washington facility. The worker will read and follow detailed instructions, operate basic manufacturing tools and equipment, and contribute to a safe, quality-driven environment.

Responsibilities include safely moving parts with pallet jacks, using a tape measure, and assisting with various duties as needed to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb individually and 100 lb with a team lift.
• Able to move tooling up to 50 lb by manual effort.
• Will read and follow work instructions and procedures.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Good hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and maintain quality standards.
• Read a tape measure and inspect parts.
• Operate pallet jacks and carts to move parts between operations.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and notify staff.
• Follow timelines and work as a team.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
