The Chest LLC is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our production team on the first shift. You will set up, operate, and maintain industrial machinery to achieve safe, efficient, and high-quality output.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical skills: Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
• Experience: Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Precision: Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Physical stamina: Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate, adjust, and clean machinery for optimal performance.
• Perform routine safety and maintenance checks daily.
• Monitor production to ensure quality and volume standards.
• Load raw materials into machines safely and efficiently.
• Use precision measuring tools to inspect finished parts.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Maintain accurate production logs and defect reports.
• Follow OSHA and company safety protocols.
