Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training beneficial.
- Ability to safely operate press brake and related machinery.
- Ability to read blueprints and production specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate press brakes to form sheet metal components per specs.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and fabrication drawings.
- Perform tooling changes and routine setups as production requirements shift.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure quality.
