Responsibilities

• Set up the brake press by selecting proper program and tooling and adjust as needed.
• Read blueprints and interpret bills of materials and routings.
• Position material in the machine and perform operations to achieve the required result.
• Perform finish grinding, sanding, or other finishing operations as needed.
• Examine and inspect finished parts with precision measuring instruments and identify non-conforming parts.
• Monitor work assignments and communicate concerns or issues with the lead.
