Job summary

Munters Corporation in Daleville, VA seeks a Press Brake operator to set up and run metal bending processes from job packets and blueprints. You will determine dies, fixtures, and machine settings, and verify the first piece against specifications using calipers, gauges, and a tape measure.

Additionally, you will change tooling as required, stage parts for workflow, and maintain quality and safety by following the Munters Quality System and daily housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints with precision.
• Ability to read tape measure to nearest 1/32"; accuracy critical.
• Ability to use and read calipers.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate Press Brake from job packets, blueprints, and bend lists.
• Set up dies, fixtures, and machine settings for defined parts.
• Verify first-piece conformance using calipers and gauges and adjust as needed.
• Maintain safe, organized work area and adhere to quality procedures.
