Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to read tape measure to nearest 1/32”: accuracy is important.
• Ability to use and read calipers.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team with a positive attitude.
• Ability to organize work and complete tasks.
• Ability to work independently.
• Willingness to cross-train in other areas.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel/Windows or similar fab software.

Responsibilities

• Operate Press Brake from job packets and blueprints; set up dies and tooling.
• Verify first piece per specifications using calipers, ruler, gauges.
• Change over equipment and tooling for different parts; adjust settings as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work area; follow safety rules and Munters Quality System.
• Stage completed parts and support other operations to meet schedules.
• Perform quality checks and document counts and time per job.
