Job summary

Munters Corporation is seeking a Metal Fabrication Operator to set up and operate press brakes and related equipment, bending metal parts according to blueprints and cut sheets. The role requires reading blueprints, measuring with calipers, and maintaining quality throughout production.

You will work in a team environment, follow safety rules, manage material inventory, and document production; overtime and weekend hours may be required to meet schedules.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and job packets.
• Ability to read tape measure to 1/32" accuracy.
• Ability to use calipers for measurements.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Perform quality checks and record outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Operate Press Brake from blueprints and cut sheets.
• Set up dies, fixtures, and stops for part dimensions.
• Verify first piece conformance with measurements.
• Change tooling to meet requirements and adjust settings as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and comply with safety rules.
• Record job times, material usage, and quality checks.
• Support punch press and laser operations as needed.
