Munters Corporation in Daleville, VA is seeking a Press Brake Operator for 1st shift. You will operate a press brake, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet specifications while maintaining a safe, clean work area.

Responsibilities include setting up tooling, changing dies, performing quality checks, and coordinating with the workflow to meet production schedules. This role requires accuracy with tape measures and calipers and a collaborative, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints and tolerances.
• Proficiency with tape measure to 1/32" precision.
• Ability to read calipers and measure parts.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Operate Press Brake from packets, cut sheets, bend lists and drawings to form parts.
• Plan layout and sequence; select dies, fixtures and settings; set up equipment.
• Change tooling and adjust settings to meet part dimensions.
• Verify first piece against specs using calipers and gauges; monitor during production.
• Adhere to quality system; complete checklists and records; support schedules.
• Move completed parts to next operation; maintain workflow and inventory.
