• Tape measure to nearest 1/32 inch accuracy.
• Calipers for precision measurement.
• Able to work in a team and communicate clearly.
• Must organize work and complete tasks.
• Self-motivated with initiative.
• Willing to cross-train in other areas if needed.
• Proficient with basic computer software (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Operate Press Brake from job packets, cut sheets, blueprints, or drawings.
• Set up dies, fixtures, stops; adjust for exact part dimensions.
• Verify first piece against specs using calipers, tape, and gauges.
• Change over tooling and maintain machine settings for throughput.
• Conduct quality checks and complete job checklists per Munters Quality System.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and participate in team meetings.
