Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and job packets.
• Read tape measure to nearest 1/32 inch with high accuracy.
• Proficient in using calipers and measurement tools.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Organized with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to cross-train in other areas.
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn fab software.

Responsibilities

• Operate Press Brake from packets and drawings, ensuring quality.
• Set up dies, fixtures, and tooling; verify first piece to specs.
• Change over equipment to meet part requirements and adjust as needed.
• Perform quality checks and document counts and times.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and inventory control.
