Job summary

Central Moloney is seeking a Press Brake Operator to join our Production team in Transformers, AR. You will read blueprints, set up dies, and operate press brake equipment to form metal components to spec.

The role requires precision measuring, documentation, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent, plus experience with blueprint interpretation, measuring tools, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Perform measurements with precision using calipers and gauges.
• Ensure products meet dimensional tolerances and quality standards.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve production goals.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake equipment following blueprints and procedures.
• Read blueprints and production docs to determine tooling and setup.
• Install dies and tooling; adjust machine parameters for bend angles and thickness.
• Verify dimensions with measuring devices and document results.
• Perform routine quality checks and identify nonconforming parts.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area and report issues.
