Qualifications

• Must have minimum 15 months of on-the-job experience as a Press Brake Operator.

• Ability to read blueprints and flat sheets.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into the Press Brake computer to operate the machine.
• Set up the Press Brake and adjust to maintain quality and reduce defects.
• Verify material matches traveler paperwork before production run.
• Understand and operate all Press Brake controls proficiently.
• Verify safety guards, equipment, and procedures are in place before operation.
• Demonstrate safety practices per Klute Inc. policies and maintain high safety awareness.
• Complete required reports and accurately record production and quality data.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and flat sheets.
